About Jason Piper

 
     Autodidact artist, entrepreneur, Curator,
    founder of "Phalanx Art Guild" and
        "The Works of Jason R. Piper" 
 
 
 
                       Jason R. Piper was born in Townsville, North Queensland, Australia. His family moved to Canada in the early 1990's . He grew up in Guelph, Ontario. Moving up north to Thunder bay to pursue his art after high school. Eventually returning to southern Ontario, Founding his business "The Work of Jason R. Piper" in 2013. After a short time back in Guelph, Piper decided to settle in Kitchener-Waterloo, where he currently resides in the Galt area of Cambridge.
             Piper has completed many projects, shows and conducted art classes over his years in business. He was also curator for "Hold the Line Festival", St. Agatha, "Craftoberfest", Kitchener. "Williams Café" in Kitchener DTK, And in Waterloo locations. His art has been exhibited in various locations such as. Princess twin, Angie's Kitchen, Waterloo. "Block 3 brewery", St. Jacobs. TWB Brewery, Kava Bean Commons and the Boat house in Kitchener, Ontario. Khao San Road, Toronto, Ontario to name a few. Piper is also the founder of Phalanx art group. And leads a "Mural team" aimed at brightening up the community. 
             Piper has always passionately pursued his dream of being an artist. Through difficult situations, art has had a positive impact on his life. He in turn wants to share art with the world. Piper has conviction the that his artwork will have a much needed positive effect on people. Bringing to them what he calls, "Belief, in art".
